Born in rural Madera in 1911, 1986 Senior Farmer Everett Garner was a lifelong farmer who grew grain, cotton, hay and raised cattle.
He managed 1,038 acres and was a member of the Madera County Farm Bureau for more than 50 years.
Garner also spent eight years on the Madera County React Team and 30 years in the Madera County Cattlemen’s Association.
