The statewide manhunt for Cal Fire Battalion Chief Orville “Moe” Fleming continues, with no public sightings or apparent leads on the whereabouts of the former Madera Cal Fire captain.
Fleming, 55, is the primary suspect in the violent stabbing and killing of his 26-year-old girlfriend, Sara Douglas, Wednesday night in a home the two shared near Sacramento.
Authorities said Fleming was also possibly injured in the stabbing attack, and is likely armed and suicidal.
