In honor of the fallen heroes and the survivors of the Sept. 11th terrorist attacks, two of Madera lighting companies plan to hold their 13th annual memorial event with guest speaker, Lt. Colonel John G. Cotter.
Cotter, a retired US Air Force who survived the Flight 77 attack on Pentagon’s western flank, will recount his experiences.
The sponsors, stationed under one roof, B-K Lighting and TEKA Illumination decided to collaborate and hold a 9/11 memorial “since the beginning” because they vowed “never to forget,” marketing manager Beck Carlson said.
