Tioga Road and Glacier Point Road closed Friday night in anticipation of predicted snowfall through this morning, according to Kari Cobb of the National Park Service.

Four to eight inches of snow were expected between 6,000 and 8,000 feet elevation, with six to 15 inches of snow expected above 8,000 feet.

“Yosemite National Park road crews will reassess both roads Sunday afternoon or Monday morning to determine if or when reopening is possible,” Cobb said.
