Madera Wine Trail Holiday Spirit Weekend became Disneyland for about 1,500 enthusiasts during the weekend as they toured the Madera area, winery hopping, and sampled a variety of wines.
Ten wineries showed off award-winning wines and new releases throughout Saturday and Sunday.
Many visitors are familiar with the wine trail, joining it since its beginning about 12 years ago, said Wendy Eachus, executive administrator of the Madera Vintner’s Association.
