When Red Onion owner Muhammed Alyammi thinks of the best restaurants, fresh food and good service come to mind.
That’s what he is doing with his own restaurant at 16966 Road 26, which opened in August.
“I like to cook,” he said. “When I see something, I want to cook it. Fresh tastes better. It’s worth the wait. If you wait 5-10 minutes, you get something tasty and juicy. It’s not like rubber.”
