Faces drug distribution charges
Fresno Deputy Police Chief Keith Foster was arrested on federal drug charges, the FBI announced Thursday afternoon.
Six Fresno residents, including 51-year-old Foster, were arrested for their alleged roles in a drug distribution scheme.
Foster, who has been with the Fresno Police Department for nearly 20 years, was arrested for the conspiracy to distribute or possess with intent to distribute the prescription drug oxycodone, heroin, and marijuana.
