MADERA RANCHOS — Whether it’s volunteering their time or donating money, Hal and Mary Ann Parks are committed to helping the community of Madera Ranchos flourish.
Before owning the Pizza Factory in Madera Ranchos, Hal, 74, worked as a CHP officer in Los Angeles where he met his wife. They’ve been married for 40 years.
“When I was in the highway patrol I was stationed in Los Angeles for my first six years, and she worked for Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. That’s how I met her,” he said.
