Incumbent District 4 Supervisor Max Rodriguez and newly elected District 3 Supervisor Rick Farinelli took their oaths of office Tuesday morning as the Board of Supervisors underwent its annual reorganization. This time, though, the reorganization wasn’t routine.
An emotional farewell was bid to 12-year District 3 Supervisor Ronn Dominici, who decided to retire at the end of his term rather than run for re-election.
The supervisors praised Dominici, not only for his length of service, but for his three times as chair of the board.
