The second lane of north and southbound traffic on State Route 99 will be closed nightly from Tuesday through Friday between the Gateway Avenue and Ellis Street overcrossings, the state announced Friday.
The northbound 145 on-ramp and 4th Street off-ramp have been re-opened along with the southbound 4th Street on-ramp, according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
A continuous nighttime closure of the southbound SR 145 off-ramp will remain in place until Wednesday.
