Did you make a New Year’s resolution? Do you remember what that resolution was… now that 2013 is a month old? Even if you have already put your resolution on the back burner, I’d wager it had something to do with getting healthier in 2013.
No matter what our age, we often focus on our personal goals in the new year. Year after year, the top two are “I will eat healthier” and “I will exercise more.”

Other thoughts include: Make small changes each meal. Drink water throughout the day. Eating less sugar and white flour, limiting caffeine and alcohol and choosing a variety of foods high in fiber and anti oxidants can be a basic foundation for your healthy diet...
