The fifth annual Youth Soccer Clinic sponsored by the Big Brothers-Big Sisters of Central California will be held Saturday at the Madera Sunrise Rotary Sports Complex at 1609 Clinton Street behind Millview Elementary School.
The clinic is for boys and girls ages 5-16 with instruction by volunteer coaches from Madera area high schools. There will be a special guest appearance by “Scorcher” the mascot for the Fresno Fuego professional soccer team.
Registration is from 8 to 9 a.m. Each child will receive a free T-shirt, free instruction and a free lunch. Businesses are urged to sponsor children in this non-competitive, learning event. The clinic benefits Big Brothers-Big Sisters of Central California.
