If a traveler on State Route 99 takes either exit off of Avenue 17 there is a lot of dirt to be seen. However, a look to the west will reveal an oasis of a beautifully landscaped store lush with green grass, flowers and shrubs. The greenery surrounds the new 24-hour Arco ampm store that has recently opened at the northwest corner.
More than a mini-mart, the visitor will find fuel, a car wash and even a propane refueling station that can also cater to the needs of RV owners. Inside the ultra-clean store there is a wide selection of food and refreshments that will please any customer.
Manager Nadeem Ahmad sees an already booming business and has plans for the future. “We hope to have a recharging station for electric cars,” said Ahmad.
