The Madera County Sheriff’s Office announced Wednesday plans to file a criminal complaint against 49-year old Richard James Sesulka of Garden Grove.
The Screamline Investment Corp tour couch driver is accused of emptying the waste tank of his bus in the storm drains of a parking lot outside the Oakhurst post office Monday morning.
He was later located Monday in Yosemite National Park.
Hazmat officials said Monday they did not believe any of the raw sewage was able to make it to the Fresno River, which is where storm runoff ultimately goes via the drainage system.
