A preliminary hearing in District Attorney Michael Keitz’s civil lawsuit against Madera County was continued Friday by Superior Court Judge James Oakley until March 8.
Keitz is suing the county to prevent public release of the so-called Rowley Report, which the county commissioned in December 2009 as the result of several complaints about Keitz by employees of his office.
Rowley is an expert in hostile-workplace claims, and had worked for the county before.
