Coyotes choose new head football coach
The search for a new Coyote football head coach ended this week as Madera High School athletic director Shane Riddle announced that last year’s defensive coordinator, Bonner Cunnings, will take over the job pending school board approval.
Riddle said Cunnings was chosen out of six coaches who applied for the position during a hiring process that lasted more than a month.
“We had some (candidates) from within the school and some from the Fresno County area,” Riddle said.
